On Friday, February 15, at 6:30 pm Royce Eckhardt will be giving a talk celebrating the history and tradition of Covenant hymnody. The talk will be located in the archives on the lower level of Brandel Library, where the exhibit “In Praise of Hymnody: Music in Covenant Worship” is on display. Refreshments will be served.
Following the lecture at 7:30, the North Park University School of Music presents “A Festival of Hymns: Walking with God through the Day" in Anderson Chapel. The festival will feature the University Choir, Chamber Singers, Women's Chorale, Brass Ensemble, Margaret Martin (University Organist), and reflections by Rev.
